After a number of challenges, the Technology Resource Center was shut down and lost to the dust bend of history. Although we were able to make real our dream to make cutting edge technology available to the aver-age person, small business users and local community based us-ers. This continues to be our target audience as we move to create a level the playing field for the members of our user community. Now that the brick and mortar vision has been EVOLVED we moved the prod-ucts and services previously available at the TRC to the world wide web. We have begun the process of rolling our the new TRC 2.0 Digital Platform and we hope to join forces with local organizations, churches, local

A Message From Our Founder
After years of working to build technology resources for large cor-porations and institutions it became clear to me that technology has given a select few a huge advantage over their competitors. This also applies to individuals as well and the Technology Resource Center was created to provide a place for people to come and share in the technology experience.
We have take care to create a digital platform that will be able to make the products and services that had been developed for the TRC con-verted into digital form, moved to the cloud and made available to as
many people as possible. Over the next six month we will be rolling out the various components and interconnecting them, giving our client base access to these re-sources. We have implemented the TRC 2.0 Digital Platform and from this new and exciting place to inter-act with our clientele.
As a result we invite our clientele to take a look at our resources and take advantage of the tools we are mak-ing available. During the next few months that will allow people from all walks of life to come to our new platform and take a look at what we have built. Many people have worked hard to help in this process and I would like to thank each and
everyone of them for their contribu-tion to this process. It has been a blessing to work with the wide range of people that have helped in this process. We are working to prepare for full operations on Janu-ary 1, 2014 as that will be our your of rebirth and our rise from the ashes. We look forward to your feedback and are excited once again to build a new dream.

When this country was cre-ated many people were not treated fairly, however over time and after many strug-gles and sacrifices have been made change came slowly, but it did come. The right to vote is a sacred one and for any American to have that vote taken or denied, is against the very principles this country has always al-leged to stand for. In that spirit we have watched all over the country one politi-cal party continue to at-tempt to pass legislation that makes it increasingly more difficult to vote than it has ever been. The record is un-deniable that many of the
efforts around the country seem to affect specific seg-ments of our population, like young people, elderly and people in minority commu-nities. This seems unfair and the media has been so pressured into making sure they present a “balanced” presentation of the facts. This creates false equivalen-cies that cloud the truth. The reality is that de-mographics are changing and the desperate attempt of some, to hold on to power has driven politicians to take actions that will ultimately back fire. Community Forum - After years of watching politicians presuming to speak for the American people, we are looking to create a digital forum that allows the American peo-ple to speak for themselves. Toward that end we have created a space on our digital plat-form to allow citizens to gain access to local community forums from around the country. This will for the first time allow people to speak for themselves directly. As we attract citizen participation we will be able to direct-ly focus on popular issues as measured by the people themselves. The results will speak for themselves as well. As we roll out our digital platform we will make our resources availa-ble to allow for our digital community forum.

We begin with a variety of Hot Topics that in and of themselves are critical but we have some of our own takes and will share them with you over the course of the coming addi-
tions. In addition we intend to use our thirty five plus years of experience in technology to share our incites, while creating a place to debate issues of the day. We intend to cover a broad range of issues, with a clear focus on Technology and its impact. Our pr imary
focus will always be to contribute to the discussion and provide access to information and knowledge as an effort to help our user community to better understand, utilize and take advantage of technology in this new
and exciting e Life Style.

Essentials
One of the legacies of the first gener-ation TRC, we have repurposed our CORE Essen-tials in an ongoing attempt to provide access for every-day people to knowledge and in-formation on a number of key fields. Each month we will host professionals willing to share their knowledge and experience in the five C.O.R.E. Essentials. These presentations will be hosted on our digital platform and will be made available in our catalog. Our online catalog will make available on-demand the presentation we have hosted. We will create topic based series to
provide targeted assistance in any particular disci-pline we have cov-ered. With our focus is on these five areas we think are critical in building strong community. We have reached out to a broad cross section of profes-sionals in the are-as of Real Estate, Fi-nancial Services, Educa-tion, Health & Wellness,
and Technology which we consider to be cornerstones to any solid commu-nity. With this move to the cloud we are working to help a larger com-munity now. We are looking for-ward new and ex-citing opportuni-ties and sharing information and knowledge has al-ways been our primary purpose.
“God Bless the Child” that's got their own, has been a famous saying that has never been more true. We are working with financial, legal and management companies to create a fund to help pro-vide high end capital resources to every-one. As we start this fund we are estab-lishing the financial tools to build a strong foundation for our “Development Fund” which will allow us to sustain our Digital Platform and fund the various projects and programs that we are implementing. We believe, here is no reason that every-one should not be able to prosper. dFund
Faith Over Fear Foundation, now has a new
home. We have moved to the web and now live in the cloud. We have narrowed our focus and look forward to helping more people through better use of technology. We have formed a public policy organization dedicated to establishing policy position papers and making recommendations on solu-tions that can help communities that we serve and represent the hopes and dreams of that community. There are three primary services we offer in addition to this new subsidiary organization. We offer Information Technolo-gy consulting services, Training Solutions, and using technology to create fund raising solutions. Our prima-ry purpose is, as it has always been, to help non-profit organi-zations and local community based businesses maximize the use of technology and help them become fully capable in this ever changing technology environment. We look forward to our participation in this new and exciting vehicle to reach more people with our technology solutions.

our client is involved. This will help us to
provide the ongoing value added services
that will set us apart from other technology
groups. We are offering this opportunity as
we begin our journey to change the way
business and personal living are managed.
This will also become a high growth area
and we see great dividends as we expand
this concept and implement it on a wide
scale. We will also be able to enhance exist-
ing technology operations that wish to take
advantage of the enhancements that we can

We have looked at a variety of industries
and found that the most success has been
realized by those businesses that harness
the power of technology and use it in new
and innovative ways. This includes pro-
cessing paperwork through the entire spec-
trum of a business model as well as the in-
teraction with other businesses, vendors,
contractors, advertisers and clients. Addi-
tionally, services that have been here to fore
separated by the various entities will be
streamlined into a set of services that will be
customizable and tailored to meet the needs
of everyone. The same technology can sup-
port more than just business needs. Indi-
viduals, community based organizations
and local governments can take advantage
of our “Shared Resources” concept
What’s Next - Now that we have completed the basic development of the new TRC
2.0 we have created a new center. W are preparing to implement our
programs and services online. To- ward that end we have begun to pre-
pare digital content which will in- clude our Newsletter and our catalog.
We look forward to working to make these products & services avail-
able to anyone that would like to take advantage of these resources.
Our e-center will allow us to provide access to technology for a broad
range of potential users. We are reaching out to small businesses,
community based organizations, local non-profit organizations and
local government to create the type of resources that can have an impact
on quality of life issues. We are preparing to offer access to high
end technology resources and a place that can create a sense a
community while allowing our business clientele access to the corporate style resources that can
be critical to success in all parts of this new e-Life Style. We are excited at this opportunity and
look forward to sharing the e-center with the community at large. Over the next six months we
will begin the process of reaching out in our community and getting to know our neighbors and
work to determine their various technology needs so that we can work to meet those needs. We
are preparing to bring to our Digital Platform digital versions of conference rooms, a range of
workshops, seminars and presentations and special events. We also have built a full functioning
Data Center in the Cloud, that will be able to provide Information Technology resources to our
clients. We continue to look forward to the challenges ahead and hope to encourage the partici-
pation and support of the people in our community.
