VisualBee User Guide

Starting Off

Create a new presentation or open an existing one and click

Enhance Presentation

Select a Style Category

Click on the most appropriate VisualBee Style category

Select a Design

Click on the design template which is most suitable for your presentation

Designs Preview

Hover over a design to preview it

Enhancement Process

Once you click on the chosen design the enhancement process begins

Modifying the Enhanced Presentation

Now you can see a preview of your enhance presentation

Change Image

Click Image to change the image in this slide

Change Image

The image has changed. You can also select an image from the

VisualBee gallery

Change Layout

Click Layout to change the look and feel of this slide

Change Layout

The slide layout has changed

Change Layout

Click Restore the Original Slide to return to the original look and feel of the slide

Save Presentation

Once you’re happy with the design results click Save Presentation to

return to PowerPoint

Enhancement Completed

Back to PowerPoint and ready to go!
