Plan for 2007:
How will the evaluation be carried out?
Two options:
1. We train district staff and they do sampling with assistance of Regional staff and/or a contractor.
2. We hire a knowledgeable visual contractor to carryout sampling. This limits district workload to pulling VIA’s and SP’s and participating on a voluntary basis.
