REGENERATION IN POOLE HARBOUR
HAMWORTHY GATE SITE LOOKING BACK TO MAIN REGENERATION ZONEThe access road is completed but site is closed and there is no access.
CURRENT BRIDGE
Currently only access point to ferry/ catamaran port and Hamworthy. Traffic along this route can be very heavily congested especially during the summer tourist season. The quay is a very popular destination. Congestion made worse when bridge is raised for boats.
NEW BRIDGE across Back Water Channel. This is from Poole side looking towards Hamworthy Gate.
