Texas Instruments recommends that all integrated circuits be handled withappropriate precautions. Failure to observe proper handling and installation procedures can cause damage.ESD damage can range fromsubtle performance degradation to complete device failure. Precision integrated circuits may be moresusceptible to damage because very small parametric changes could cause the device not to meet its published specifications.OR D E R I N G I N F OR MAT I ON (1)OR D E R AB L E T R AN S P OR TT E MP E R AT UR E R AN GE (TJ) P AC KAGE (2 )P I N S QUAN T I T YD E VI C E N UMB E R ME D I UMTPS92075D Rail 9540 to 125C SOIC 8TPS92075DR Tape and Reel 2500TPS92075DDC Tape and Mini-Reel 100040 to 125C TSOT 6TPS92075DDCR Tape and Reel 3000(1) For the most current package and ordering information, see the Package Option Addendumat the end of this document, or see the TIweb site at www.ti.com.(2) Package drawings, thermal data, and symbolization are available at www.ti.com/packaging.2 Submit Documentation Feedback Copyright 20122014, Texas Instruments IncorporatedProduct Folder Links: TPS92075T P S 9 2 0 7 5www.ti.com SLUSB88B DECEMBER 2012 REVISED J ANUARY 2014AB S OL UT E MAXI MUM R AT I N GS (1)All voltages are with respect to GND, 40C
