Time management begins with the assessment of your current time usage, followed by the creation of a calendar, scheduleor planner with daily lists.
Weekly schedule
A weekly schedule can help you determine how you are spending your time
Asses the activities that you need to complete every day

relaxation, errands, housekeeping, Flex time, etc.
