registered students to help them prepare for

Attend a live MPSAXM IAE Tutorial or view a
recording
Contact the MPSAXM Facilitator to discuss
travel arrangements such as hotel,
transportation, etc.
Order food & beverage (boxed lunches are
required for all students on Day 4)

Your Role: During the MPSAXM
On Day 4, have lunch ready to bring into the classroom by 12:00 noon.
Each day, be on-site at least one hour prior
to start time
Verify room and AV set-up
From 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Day 1, assist
with student registration
At 8:30 a.m. the instructor will begin class—
please assist in distributing materials as
needed for that day
At 5:00 pm class will end—please return and
remain on-site for the final hour of the
offering and assist in collecting materials as
needed for that day
Please refer to the MPSAXM IAE Checklist for materials to distribute and collect each day.
To load exam files:
Insert the USB Key into
the laptop USB port.
Copy the files (one Word
file, one Excel file, and
their property specific
case study video) onto
the desktop by clicking
and dragging the files.
To rename exam files:
Have the student right-click both exam files to
rename and save them with their name in the file,
like so. This is not necessary for the case study
video.

Your Role: After the MPSAXM
USB keys are for backup purposes only.
Collect, package, and return all USED and
UNUSED MPSAXM materials (including USB
keys) to IREM® Headquarters as soon as
possible.
Please inform IREM® Headquarters of any
student issues or unusual circumstances
regarding your MPSAXM offering
Students must email completed exam files to [email protected] by end of business day Monday or their exam will be considered a failure.

Requirements?
The exam is laptop-based, so student
laptops must have the following
software prior to coming to class:

IREM® grader.
To pass the MSPAXM, students must
achieve:

Recommendation section
