The Teepee Creek Ranch is located in Teton Valley, Idaho, on the quiet western side of
the famous Teton Mountain Range.
Water RightsThere are a total of 6 separate water rights associated with the Teepee Creek Ranch. These water rights combined allow for the owner to irrigate at total of 577 acres. There are additional stock water rights associated with the ranch.
Conservation EasementA conservation easement with the Teton Regional Land Trust encumbers approximately 760 acres of the ranch. The easement allows for improving and adding on to the existing improvements currently onsite. many cutthroat and rainbow trout in the 22”
range. Wade fishing opportunities on Bitch
Creek are a convenient 2.5 miles from the

Anglers can also enjoy excursions to many
nearby fisheries including
the Henry’s Fork, Fall
River and the famed South
Fork of the Snake River
in Swan Valley, Idaho.
In addition, the scenic
Snake River in Jackson,
Wyoming offers angling delight. There are
several area reservoirs and lakes that provide
excellent fishing for large trout as well as
boating opportunities.
