SPLIT PEA SOUP 2 cups diced fully cooked ham 1 to 1 1/2 cups sliced baby carrots 7 cups boiling water Pour the contents of the jar into a crock pot. Add the boiling water. Add the carrots. Cover and cook on medium high for about 5 hours. (If your crockpot dial is 1 to 5, set it at 4) Be sure to stir occasionally. Add the cooked ham after 4 hours. Add more water if necessary while it cooks.
