THE DISCUSSION: Beyond Listings
Many Realtors are failing to utilize their social media channels to promote themselves as industry- and thought-leaders. Whether it's a lack of time or knowledge, they are limiting their posts to listings and recent sales.
While advertising open houses and inventory on social platforms is important, such postings often receive little engagement, and do little to increase new followers to a channel.

Using Social Media at least 3x per week to showcase industry-related news, local events, viral house-and-home content, and eye-popping graphics that lead readers back to your website is essential in order to stay ahead of the competition.
