• She is from the smell of bacon frying
• And that of coffee brewing on a lazy spring morning
• Walking into grandma’s house to the scent of brown beans cooking
• The smell of fresh cut grass in the summer
• From reading good books while sitting on the porch
• Swinging in the breeze, enjoying the weather
• From talking with her friend Deloris
• To drinking ice cold lemonade
• She is from riding her bike as fast as she could
• Going everywhere but really nowhere
• Sitting under “the big oak tree” at her grandma’s house
• Kenny and Sandra on Skin Fork Rd. Just outside of Pineville is where she’s from
• She is from hours working in the neighbors flower garden
• Doing this for spending money
• She moved into her own apartment at 18
• She is from working with the elderly
• As well as those that can not help themselves
• She is from struggling to let go
• Trying to cope with her kids growing up
• Taking Kacie to soccer practice
• Watching her Saturday morning games
• She is from going to Church services Sunday and Wednesday
• Teaching the preschool age kids on Wednesday nights
• She is from trying to further her education
• From being a daughter with a brother
• To having a boy and a girl of her own.
