in Switzerland. This study was achieved through constant interaction
and eedback with our candidates and clients. Our client base includes
not only all major international corporations based in Switzerland but
also smaller, regional organisations.
In Switzerland, most o the salaries have a xed (base) and variable
(bonus and other ringe bene ts) part. We have observed a wide range
o bonuses depending on sector o activity and level o management.
The average variable part o salaries is signi cantly lower in Switzerland
than in the EU countries such as Germany and France, but tends togrow. Employees see their base revenue stabilize with the possibility
to generate signi cant bonuses related to numbered targets.
