Rice with milk
Ingredients(2 people.)
• ½ L of milk.
• 5 spoonful of cream.
• 1 cup of rice.(75 g.)
• 2 spoonful of sugar.
• 1lemon.
• 1 piece of cinnamon stick.
• ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• Mint leaves.
Production...
• Add the milk in saucepan, add the rice, sugar and cream.
• With a knife, cut a piece of lemon rind (not the white part because it get better) and add it along with stick cinnamon.
• Put everything to simmer gently for 30 minutes, move sometimes to prevent sticking.
• Serve in 2 individual containers, let it cool and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
• Decorate it with mint leaves.

-Cut and put the lemon rind

-Put the cinnamon stick

-To cook stirring sometimes
