• Increase resident influence on priority setting and decision making in their local area

• Increase resident satisfaction with the level of customer service

• Increase in the number of residents who feel informed about what is happening in their area

• Increase in service requests dealt with right first time

• 13 Groups and 15 Events across West area in September 2011.

• Regular Love Where you Live activity including:

• Litter Picks – Silksworth Lakeside and Youth Almighty• Bulb Planting – Launch Pad• Signage – Launch Pad• Joint work with Gentoo

• Keen to support other LWYL activity
