The original part of the property is clay lump construction beneath
a rough cast render with a thatched roof which was re-thatched
less than 3 years ago beneath a recently aesthetically reconstructed
chimney stack. To the rear is a substantial part completed two
storey extension built in a barn style with painted weatherboarding
and a tiled roof. Externally the extension is pretty much complete
with internal works including substantial stud partitioning insulation
and loft insulation, newly installed underfloor heating and partially
complete first fixing. The former owner was an architect but sadly
