• On March 11, 2019, the Town Council held a goals setting session to discuss goals and priorities for the coming year.
• Council identified the following 7 priorities for 2019-20:
• Civic Center• Housing/Affordable Housing• Sustainability• Leadership Decisions on Open Positions• Emergency Preparedness• SMART Train Infrastructure• Organizational Systems/Infrastructure• Mandated Programs and Contractual Decisions
• Following is a report on progress made towards 2019-20 priorities to date, other projects, and what’s ahead in 2020.
