Superhero Action TrainingDirections: Perform each action. Check it off when complete. Circle all the action verbs.
balance on one foot for 10 seconds
bend and touch your toes 10x
crawl forward for 10 feet curl your body up and hold for 10 seconds
gallop for 10 steps hop on one foot 10x
jump in place 10x kneel up tall for 10 seconds
leap forward 10x roll in a straight line for 10 feet
run in place for 10 seconds
sit and then stand up 10x
skip forward 10x slide to the right 10xslide to the left 10x
stomp your feet in place 10x
straighten your body andhold for 10 seconds
stretch your legs for 10 seconds
twist your body to the right and left 10x
walk backwards for 10 steps
wiggle your body for 10 seconds

Roll BreaksSome BrainDirections: Roll one die for each of the columns. Perform the quick brain break that matches the number you rolled on the die. For example, if you roll a 1-2-4-3-6 you would perform the following brain breaks: 10 jumping jacks, 5 wall push ups, 10 Twists at the waist, 10 jumps over a pencil on the floor and take 10 deep breaths.

Rub your entire R arm with your L
hand
Rub your entire L arm with your R

Jump in place 10 times.
Squeeze your R hand firmly with your L
hand
Squeeze your L hand firmly
with your R hand
Touch R hand to bottom of
L foot. Repeat 5x.
Touch L hand to bottom of
R foot. Repeat 5x.
Take 10 deep breaths
March in place with knees high for a
count of 10
Touch R hand to L shoulder.
Touch L hand to R shoulder. Repeat 5x.
Run in place for a count of 15 seconds
Touch hands overhead and try to balance on one foot for
5 seconds.
Tap your feet on the floor while making small circles with
fingers for 10 sec.

Get your kids moving by playing Simon Says with these fun yet physical activities.You decide when or if you say “Simon Says”!
Shake your whole body.
Jump up and down.
Spin around in circles.
Do a cartwheel.
Do a somersault.
Wave your arms above your head.
Walk like a bear on all 4s.
Walk like a crab.
Hop like a frog.
Walk on your knees.
Lay on your back & pedal your legs in the air like you
are on a bike.
Pretend to sit in an invisible chair 5 times - sit then stand,
sit then stand, etc.
Hold your arms out at your side and make circles with
them in the air.
Hop on your left foot 10 times.
Hop on your right foot 10 times.
Hop around like a bunny.
Balance on your left foot for a count of 10.
Balance on your right foot for a count of 10.
Bend down and touch your toes 10 times.
Reach behind you and try and hold your right foot with your left hand without falling
over.
Show off the muscles in your arms.
Reach behind you and try and hold your left foot with
your right hand without falling over.
Lay on the floor and stretch out as far you can for 10 a
count of 10.
Pretend to shoot a basket-ball 10 times.
Pretend to jump rope for a count of 10.
Pretend to ride a horse.
Pretend to milk a cow.
Take 5 of the biggest steps forward that you can.
Pretend to lift a car.
Do the strangest dance you can think of.
Scream.

OwlDirections: Player one rolls a die. To start your drawing you must roll a #1. When you roll the #1, you can draw the first item. Next player rolls and again must roll a #1 to start. If you do not roll a #1 your turn is over. Continue taking turns but now each time you roll you can draw the corresponding picture with the number. Once you roll the numbers 2-6 your drawing will be complete. First player to complete the drawing is the winner.
