Mountain
Start in mountain pose.
Back straight with shoulder blades pressed together
Feet shoulder with apart
Hands down to the side
Relax
Waterfall
Stand straight
Raise the hands up over the head
Slightly arch the back
Look up and behind you
Rag Doll
Bring the hands and head down
Bend at the waist and relax the back
Plank
Bring the arms down to the ground and jump or step the feet back
Chaturanga
Lower the body down and hold
Rest the body on the floor or hover above the ground
Elbow are bent and along side the body
Cobra
Bring the body down to the ground
Rest he legs on the ground
Lift the upper body with the arms
Downward Facing Dog
Bring the body back down and then push your tail up into the air
Plank
Bring your tail down and hold in plank position
Rag Doll
Look between your hands
Just or step forward with both hands
Straighten the legs and relax the arms down
Mountain
Slowly come up
One vertebra at a time
Straighten the back and lift the head
Relax the arms and close the eyes
Homework
Repeat the salutation 3 times through
