Each NPC must ensure that all the members of their delegation are appropriately insured, including coverage for travel, liability and accidents. Dear Coach,
Whether you are experienced with the race training program at Panorama Mountain Village or are considering visiting for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you.
Panorama Mountain Village is committed to setting the standard for North American race training. The mountain, snow conditions, and infrastructure at Panorama Mountain Village provide a hassle free training environment. Your energy will be concentrated on restoring and refining athletic performance with on-snow experience. Olympic, World Cup, and aspiring youth return to Panorama Mountain Village annually for these very reasons.
Panorama Mountain Village was proud to host athletes during the 2012/13 pre-season training period from F.I.S to World Cup levels of competition from all across Canada, the U.S.A. and from around the world including Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Japan, Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
Training space is guaranteed with your lift ticket purchase and accommodation booking. There are no lane fees. Days are typically divided into three 2.5 hour training blocks. Each team will receive two or more blocks per day.
Panoramas Race Training Manager chairs a coaches meeting at 4:30 pm daily. Team delegates attend this meeting to confirm training requirements for the following day(s).
Panoramas public opening is December 13, 2013. The scheduled dates for training are:
November 15 December 12 Alpine Canada Alpin National Alpine Training Centre open for team training

Lift tickets
Tickets can be purchased in bulk and for multiple days. Each team will receive an account number for lift ticket transactions which allows for daily fluctuation if needed.

Meal Plan
Our meal plan is designed to nourish and fuel high performing athletes. 3 meals are served daily in the Great Hall. The meal plan starts with dinner on the night of arrival and finishes with lunch on the day of departure. While each meal has a scheduled window for service, times may be adjusted to fit specific training block times.
