The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the Request for Bid as fully and completely as if same were fully set forth herein:
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS A. Page 1 of 1, INVITATION TO BID; Second Paragraph replace this paragraph with the following
paragraph:
Sealed bids clearly marked with project name and submitting company, in single copy, for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing al work for the above project are hereby invited. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at Palmer City Hall, 231 W Evergreen Avenue, Palmer, Alaska on December 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM.

C. SPECIFICATION SECTION 46 53 59 MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR) SYSTEM PROCUREMENT: REPLACE 2.4.A.2 WITH THE FOLLOWING PART 2.4.A.2:
2.4.A.2: “The maximum carrier media fill percentage shall be 65% of the MBBR Cell.”
D. SPECIFICATION SECTION 46 53 59 MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR) SYSTEM PROCUREMENT: REPLACE 2.4.B.5 WITH THE FOLLOWING PART 2.4.B.5:
2.4.B.5: “The maximum carrier media fill percentage for Phase 2 cannot exceed 65% of the MBBR Tank Volumes.”
E. SPECIFICATION SECTION 46 53 59 MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR) SYSTEM PROCUREMENT: REPLACE 2.5.C.2.C WITH THE FOLLOWING PART 2.5.C.2.C:
2.5.C.2.C: “Fine bubble type diffusers shall not be acceptable.”
F. SPECIFICATION SECTION 46 53 59 MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR) SYSTEM PROCUREMENT: ADD A PARAGRAPH FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH 2.7.E:
2.7.F: Wedgewire Media Retention Screens meeting the performance requirements stated in Part 2.7 shall be acceptable.
G. SPECIFICATION SECTION 46 53 59 MOVING BED BIOREACTOR (MBBR) SYSTEM PROCUREMENT: REPLACE PARAGRAPH 2.8.A.1 AND 2.8.A.2 with the following paragraph 2.8.A.
2.8 ANCHORS
A. General
1. The Seller shall furnish all anchoring hardware for the supplied equipment unless otherwise noted in the Scope of Supply; Hilti H-150 MAX SD adhesive or similar epoxy anchor product, or approved equal.
