SHORT-TERM LOANS
Multi-Purpose LoanThis program aims to provide financial assistance to
Pag-IBIG members for purposes of minor home improvement, livelihood, medical, educational, purchase of appliance and furniture and other needs.
Calamity LoanThis program aims to provide financial assistance to
Pag-IBIG Fund member-victims in calamity-stricken areas, as declared by the Office of the President or the Sangguniang Bayan.
Sino ang maaaring mag-apply?1. Aktibong miyembero ng Pag-IBIG sa panahon ng paglo-
loan;2. May nabuo ng 24 buwanang hulog;3. May 5 buwanang hulog sa loob ng huling 6 na buwan.

II. BORROWER ELIGIBILITY Must be an active member with at least 24 months contribution.
- Lump sum payment is allowed.- Members Savings (MS) Requirement
Minimum of P200, equivalent loan entitlement is up to P500,000.
For every P50 increase in MS, an equivalent increase of P100,000 in loan entitlement.
- Not be more than 65 years old upon loan application.- Has the legal capacity to acquire or encumber real property.- Has passed satisfactory background/credit and employment/ business check.- No outstanding housing loan, no housing loan that was
foreclosed, boughtback or subject to dacion and pago. Multi-purpose/Calamity loan should be updated at the time of loan application.
III. LOAN AMOUNT- Maximum of P6 Million
1. ACTUAL NEED- Amount Applied For- Contract to Sell (PL/PRU)- Bill of Materials/Construction Contract Price (CH/HI)- Statement of Account (REL)
2. CAPACITY TO PAY- For loan not exceeding P1.25 Million, monthly repayment
shall not exceed 35% of Gross Monthly Income (GMI).- For loans above P1.25 Million, monthly repayment shall not exceed 30% of GMI.
3. LOAN-TO-COLLATERAL VALUE RATIO- Maximum of 90%, subject to Borrowers Evaluation System
(BES)
IV. INTEREST RATE- Minimum of 7.895% per annum, subject to change based on the
Fund’s prevailing pricing framework at the time of loan availment.
V. LOAN TERM- Maximum of 30years
VI. INSURANCES- Mortgages Redemption Insurance (MRI)- Fire Insurance
VII. MODE OF PAYMENT- Salary Deduction- Post Dated Checks (12 PDC’s)- Over-the-Counter (OTC)- CSA with the accredited developer- Auto debit arrangement with banks- Bayad Centers/ G-Cash/ I-remit, etc.
VIII. LOAN CHARGES- P3,000, broken down to
- P1,000 upon filing, non-refundable-P2,000 upon loan take-out.

MODIFIED PAG-IBIG II PROGRAMIsang boluntaryong programa ng pag-iimpok na nagbibigay ng pagkakataon sa mga miyembro ng Pag-IBIG na kumita ng mataas na dibidendo, kumpara sa Pag-IBIG I, mula sa kanilang inimpok sa loob lamang ng limang (5) taon. Bukas ang programa sa lahat ng miyembro na kasali sa Pag-IBIG I o regular member na kumikita ng mahigit limang libong piso (P5,000) kada buwan. Kasama sa programa ang mga OFW-member ng Pag-IBIG.
