• Difficult to establish a role– Arvalee does not have the resources to

support schools in SEN through the context the OLC

– Pilots attempted and ventures ongoing– Offering Training etc– At times constant A Level Discussion etc

• The Paradigm – How do I look at my role?– How will the focus benefit Arvalee pupils?
