Paveway II
• Paveway II is a precision laser-guided bomb which can be dropped from low or medium level and is homed onto its target by an airborne TIALD pod or from troops on the ground using a laser designator.
• The bomb’s guidance package steers the bomb onto the source of reflected laser energy.
Dimensions:Length: 3.68mWidth: 0.42mWeight: 546kg
Paveway III
• Paveway III is a larger, upgraded LGB and is designed specifically to defeat hardened targets such as protected underground command posts.
• Paveway III equips Tornado GR4 aircraft
Dimensions:Length: 4.45mWidth: 0.92mWeight: 1141kg
Enhanced Paveway II
• The Enhanced Paveway II laser-guided weapon gives the RAF the ability to strike static, mobile and armoured targets accurately in all weathers and for 24-hours a day.
• EPWII is based on Paveway II.
• Once released, EPW is fully autonomous in cases where there is cloud cover over the target which may obstruct the laser and prevent weapon guidance.

Low-cost, all-weather, 24-hour precision guided bomb
Aircraft:•Harrier GR9•Tornado GR4•Typhoon F2
Paveway IV
• This advanced and highly accurate weapon provides the RAF with a state-of-the-art precision guided bomb.
• It replaces the Paveway II weapons and the 505kg unguided general-purpose bombs.
• Equipped with the latest Global Positioning Guidance technology, Paveway IV is a low-cost, all-weather, 24-hour precision bomb capable of destroying the majority of general-purpose targets while significantly minimising collateral damage.
• The first platform to receive the weapon was the Harrier GR9 with Tornado GR4 and Typhoon F2 following.
