1. Click Administration > Schedule Training
2. To the right of Classes, click Add
3. If Learning Provider is visible as first box,choose the appropriate one

Courses describe the content delivered For example: Project Management Fundamentals Classes occur on specific dates with specific
instructors

Cisco, Adobe, CompTIA, etc.)
Hands-On: Add CourseOn the Add Class page...
1.In the Course box, select the course from the drop-down menu
2.If not found, click the Add link to the right
3.Enter the Course Name
4.Select the Default Post Event Survey
5.Select the Course Type
6.Click Save

1.In the Location box, select the Location from the drop-down menu
2.If not found, click the Add link to the right
3.Enter the location Name
4.Enter a single word as the Alias
5.Select the Time Zone
6.Enter any Certification IDs
7.Click Save

Hands-On: Enroll Students1. Click Administration > Schedule Training
2. Click Search to the right of Students
3. Search for the recently added class
4. Select Enrollments from the drop-down menu and click Go
5. Enter email addresses manually or copy and paste list of enrollments
6. Click Clean & Sort
7. Click Enroll Students
* This can also be done on the Class Add page if students roster is available at the time of class creation
