Dear Mr. Terry:

On Thursday, June 20, 2013, I inspected the Carriage Hill Section 6 site in Liberty Township, Ohio todetermine compliance with the site's NPDES construction site storm water discharge permit. JaredWilson was present during the inspection

Based on my observations, there were no obvious violations of the project's storm water dischargepermit. I did review the sites storm water pollution prevention plan (SWP3) before my inspection. Theinspection logs I requested to see during my inspection were not presented. Records of weeklyinspections of the erosion control BMPs are required to be kept on site.

All best management practices seem to be working efficiently at this point. Just as a recommendation,proper maintenance of silt fence and removal of accumulated sediment will reduce the maintenance ofstorm sewers and other underground piping systems that lead to the sediment ponds.

Please provide a copy of the site's SWP3 to this office for review, along with copies of sediment controlinspection logs kept since the project started. This information must be provided within 14 days of thereceipt of this letter.
