schools as evacuation centers and all LGUs to identify other evacuation centers such as Gym, Brgy. Halls and others.
f. Issued Advisory No.3 informing all fish cage operators and caretakers to secure their fish cages for possible damage.
g. Issued Advisory No. 4 suspending classes from Preparatory to High School both public and private in the entire province of Surigao del Norte.
h. Deployed SERTSS to conduct rescue operations. i. Conduct RDANA to affected areas.

PDRRMC Dinagat Islands a. Conducted PDRA Meeting at 9:00 AM, 12 February 2018 attended by the
Provincial PDRA Core Team and Response Cluster Members. b. Activation of PDRRMC Emergency Operation Center and raised to Blue Code
Alert. c. Advised Municipal/Barangay DRRMCs to strictly observe heightened alert and
closely monitor the track of the weather disturbance; d. Conducted pre-emptive evacuation of residents living in the areas identified
as high risk for flooding and landslide, and force evacuation of coastal communities.
e. Conducted intensified awareness activities, close monitoring and strict implementation of advisories from the Philippine Coast Guard relative to the no-sailing of fishing boats and small motorized water crafts/bancas all over the province.
f. Observed No Venture Policy outside Dinagat Islands of fishing boats and motorized water crafts/bancas including private owned all over the province.
g. Activated all Social Welfare and Public Health Offices and its personnel including Day Care Workers, Brgy. Health Emergency Response Teams, brgy. health workers, all trained medical responders, all government response agencies and rescue volunteer groups and observe emplaced protocols.
h. Conducted prepositioning of buffer seeds stocks by the Municipal Agriculturists.
i. Secured all fishing boats to the higher grounds of its respective constituents. j. DPWH prepositioned equipment along highways prone to landslide, and
placed personnel on stand-by at the District Operations Center. k. Coordinated with Dinagat Islands Electric Cooperative for the restoration of
the toppled Electrical Post at Navarro, Tubajon. l. Conducted TS “BASYANG” impact assessment and inspection.
CDRRMC Butuan City a. Disseminated weather bulletins and advisories. b. Monitors water level in Agusan River. c. Conducted PDRA/ERP meeting on 12 February 2018, 8:00 AM. d. Placed Butuan City Police Office with 25 personnel of SAR Team on standby. e. Placed CDRRMC personnel and rescue equipment on standby. f. Logistical support on standby with 7 personnel and 4 vehicles manned by City
General Services Office. g. Close coordination with City-DILG for proper dissemination of weather
conditions and monitoring of BDRRMCs.
