SERVICES MENU
To apply for the Services and selection of the Service.
� Building Plan Approval
� Step 1: Fill the credentials and upload all the required documents in the Application and click
on ‘Generate Reference No’ button, An unique Reference number will be generated.
� Step 2 : Applicants have to use this Ref No. to make payments at B1/K1(centres/portals) as
required by the applicant.
• Payment through Portals : Is as usual as any other payment through B1/K1. Applicant
will have to provide the Ref No for making payment.
• Payment through centres : Look up of the addresses of B1/K1 centres is available on
clicking the ‘Pay at B1 centre’. Applicant will have to provide the Ref No for
making payment.
� Step 3 : GSC No will be generated only after the payment is confirmed from B1/K1. Sakala
clock starts from the time the GSC No is generated. Message will be sent to Applicants
mobile no along with the GSC No. This GSC No. will be used for further process.
� Saledeed & Refund : Fill the credentials and upload all the required documents in the Application and
click on ‘Submit’. An unique GSC No. will be generated, this GSC No. will be used for further
process.
CUSTOMER SERVICES MENU
� GSC Status Check: The Status of the SAKALA Applications can be checked by giving the GSC No in
the text box provided.
� Print GSC form: GSC Acknowledgement can be generated for the reference of the Applicant by
Keying the GSC No.
� Sakala Clock: In order to find the Total No of receipts and Total No. of disposals of KHB at any point
of time, User can use ‘Sakala Clock’ option under Customer Services.
