8 out of 10 acknowledge that smarter processes are a way to raise the level of customer engagement

9 out of 10 say that smarter processes are a way to raise the level of operational excellence...

… while less than 1 out of 10 say they have clear insight in their process KPIs ...… and half of the admit they are struggling with managing complex business rules ...

less than 1 out of 3 feel they have a strong methodology to translate business processes into e�cient IT solutions.

Less than 1 out of 3 claim they have a clear integration approach for MDM

9 out of 10 are starting to feel the limitations of traditional data integration processes like batch-oriented ETL

7 out of 10 say that mobile applications should be completely integrated with the rest of the architecture to be succesful

over 7 out of 10 confirm that they useone or more mobile solution…

… with more than 6 out of 10mobile solutions is integratedwith the rest of the architecture

while almost 8 out of 10 confirm they use one or more cloud solutions …

6 out of 10 feel the need to integratecloud solutions with the rest of the organisation

… only half of the cloud solutions is integratedwith the rest of the architecture.

6 out of 10 feel the need for better support for their employees when dealing with knowledgecentric processes

only 4 out of 10 believe their organisation has a clear strategy for enterprise collaboration.

… and more than 7 out of 10 think the way information sharing between employees is done is subject for improvement ...

… while more than 8 out of 10 say finding the right information inside the organisation is a pain point
