black. Body pale yellowish, variegated with
black.; a black dorsal line, interrupted on thesummits of the posterior segments. Longsilky white hairs, with a few black ones arisefrom the subventral warts. The lateral row(row iii) furnishes shorter bristly yellowishhairs; but on joints 2 and 3 gives a longpencil of black hairs. A few black hairs alsooverhang the head and extend from joint 3.
