How to Modify Business Information in I&A
1. To update the mailing address displayed under the "Employer Information", the User will go to
the Identity & Access Management System website at https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/IAWeb,
select "Accept".
2. The User will enter their User ID, the current password, and select "Sign In".
3. The User will select the "My Profile" tab on the Home screen. The User will scroll down to
the "Employer Information" and select the plus sign next to the approved Employer Role.
4. The User will select "Modify Employer Information".
5. The User will select the radio button next to the location with the mailing address they want to
display in I&A under the "Employer Information" and then "Submit".
