6.Select“Teaching,Learning,andTeacherEducation”under“Subject”.Under“AcademicCareer”selecteithergraduateorundergraduate.Afterfilingoutthedesiredfields,selectsearchatthebottomofthepage.

7.Theclassorclassesthatfitthedescriptionofwhatyouaresearchingforwillbedisplayed.

8.Selecttheclassyouwerelookingfor.Afteryoudothat,allofthesectionsofthatclasswillbedisplayed.

9.Clickthesectionwhichbestfitsintoyourschedule.Oncethatpagehasopened,youcanreviewtheinformationabouttheclass.Thereisaredbuttononthefarleftthatsays“Addtocart.”Selectingthisdoesnotmeanyouareenrolled,itmeanstheclassisinyourshoppingcartandyoucanenrollwhenyouaredonesearching.

10.Adialogueboxmightpopup.Itislettingyouknowmoreinformationontheclass.Forsomecourses,thereareadditionalclassesthathavetobetaken.Classeslikethiswouldincluderecitationsorlabs,theyarecalled“RelatedClasses.”Notallcoursesrequirethese.Also,hereiswhereyoumaychoosetheGradingBasis,meaningyoucanselectyouwouldliketobegradedwithalettergrade,orbegradedpass/nopass.

11.Thecourseisinyourshoppingcartnow.Youcaneithercontinuetosearchforclassesorenrollrightaway.Tofinishenrollment,choose“Checkout.”

12.Youshouldseeascreenoftheclass/classesinyourshoppingcart.Selecttheone/onesyouwishtoenrollinbyclickingthesmallboxnexttothenameofthecourse.

13.Forsomeclasses,youneedapermissioncodetoenroll.Youwillhavetoobtainthecodebytalkingtoyouradvisor.Eachcodecanonlybeusedonce.Inthiscase,putthecodeunderwhereissays“PermissionNbr.”Iftheclassyouwanttoenrollindoesnothaveapermissioncode,youmayskipthisstep.Finally,select“EnrollSelected.”

14.Afteryouhaveclicked“EnrollSelected,”aFinancialResponsibilityStatementwillappear.Thisissimplyensuringthatyouunderstandyouwillhavetopayfortheseclasses.Select“IUnderstand”tocontinue.

15.Onceyouhaveselectedenrolled,theclassesyouchosewilleitherbeasuccessorafailure.Successmeansyouhavegottenintotheclass.Failuremeansusuallymeansthattheclassfilledupbeforeyouselectedenroll.Youwillhavetofindanotherclasstoreplacethefailedone.

HowtoRemoveaClassfromYourShoppingCart1.IFYOUWISHTOREMOVEACLASSfromyourshoppingcart,click“ReturntoEnrollment”showninthelastpicture.Onthescreenshownbelow,select“EnrollinClasses,”oneofthethreeblueboxes.Again,onlydothisifyoudonotwanttoenrollinaclassyouaddedtoourcart.
