O Patches are of clear texture and pattern, bright color, no piling, no color-fading, indeformable, crease-resistant, environment-friendly dyeing. More than 98% of component is fiber and thickness is higher than 380g/m.

O We use MERROWED EMBROIDERY BORDER while can’t have any selvege or rough selvege, the joint part needs to be smooth and fluent.

Intolerable Things

O We don’t tolerate soft sides, holes, deformality, skipping stitch, thread loose, color difference, deviation, bottom exposure and white dots on our patches.

Embroidery Design Parameters

O Flat embroidery stitch (0.1 – 0.8cm/stitch) (density ranges between 0.3 – 0.35) plain stitch (0.1 – 0.3cm/stitch) tatami (0.4cm/stitch) (density ranges between 0.3 – 0.38)

Requirement for Finished Patches

O Finished embroidery patches are flat and beautiful, no thread residue is allowed. Also, need to see if the under layer has been cleared completely. Finished patches need to control the difference within 2% with the artwork, along with outstanding three-dimensional effect.

Requirement for Embroidery Threads

O We only use bright colored embroidery threads whose colors do not fade away and are made from environment-friendly dyes with degree of thickness ranging between 75D to 125D.

O Front of the embroidery patch needs to be clear and tidy, without any soft sides, powder trace, chirography, oil contamination and pilings.

Requirement for Sequined Embroidery

O If it’s sequined embroidery, attention is given to color, material and specifications of selected sequins and beads. If there is any color-fading, deformality for sequins and beads, if the knot is solid enough, and the line cannot be too long (can’t exceed 1.5cm/stitch)
