• All organisms are made up of one or more cells.

• The cell is the basic unit of organization of all organisms.

• Largest organelle – if removed cell dies• Nucleolus – ribosomes are assembled• Contains DNA- deoxyribonucleic acid

The Parts of the Nucleus

living cells. • During mitosis, the nucleus of the
