Guide on DSC Registration
To register Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) , the successful registered bidder has to login into
our web site http://www.mstcecommerce.com/auctionhome/shakti/indexr2.jsp with his userid
and password.
After login the home page will open.
Click on the Register/Verify DSC
Click on the “Click to Register/Verify your digital certificate” button.
A popup message appears. Press the OK button.
A Digital signature reader page from Tata Consultancy Services page opens. Select the DSC from the list
of DSC registered in your system appearing in the digital signature reader .
And press the OK button.
On the next page the system will ask for the digital signature PIN number. On submitting the pin
number some encrypted coding will appear.
Press the OK button.
