Kaizen Action Sheet System Kaizen Action Sheet System – improvement ideas at the place of work
A method that allows natural work teams to capture ideas, problems and solutions to
help improve their work environment.
It ensures that the issues are highly visible and kept in the minds of all the team
members.
There is a system of selecting the most important ideas (Top 5) that will be worked on.
KAS actions outputs are put onto action lists for implementation and assign
responsibility for each “TO DO” and to determine when an issue may be solved.
