Spectra RMS™ Molded Case Circuit BreakersFeaturesSE150, SF250, SG600 and SK1200 circuit breaker frames have adigital solid state, rms sensing trip system with field installable,front-mounted rating plugs to establish or change the breakerampere rating Adjustable instantaneous with tracking short-timeis standard on all frames including SE150

A complete circuit breaker consists of a UL listed circuit breakerframe and a rating plug (UL listed interchangeable trip unit)Terminal lugs for cable connection are available if required

• All frames use the same UL listed field-installable internalaccessories (auxiliary switch shunt trip undervoltage release,and bell alarm)

• All frame sizes have maximum UL listed interrupting ratings of200 kA @ 240 volts ac and 100 kA @ 480 volts ac with 600 voltsac ratings to 65 kA depending on frame size UL listed currentlimiting versions are provided through the SG600 frame for the65 kA @ 480 volts ac and the 100 kA @ 480 volts ac modelswith no increase in physical frame size

• Spectra RMS Mag-Break* instantaneous-only motor circuitprotectors also use the same digital, solid-state trip unit andrating plugs as the circuit breakers The interchangeable ratingplug establishes the instantaneous pickup range (with trackingshort-time) but does not change the frame ampere rating

• Spectra RMS molded case switches have a fixed, high-setinstantaneous trip (without tracking short-time function) andhave short circuit withstand ratings equal to their equivalentbreaker frame size interrupting rating in most cases

• Spectra RMS breakers are ambient insensitive Trip times will notvary over the range 10-50°C breaker ambient Refer to GET-7002for further application information

• Spectra RMS breakers contain no parts that would supportfungus growth and are therefore inherently fungusproof
