You should eat fruit daily because most fruits are a good source of vitamins, fiber and don’t’ have fat. You should have at least 5 or more servings of fruits daily. It also gives you a lot of energy which you need to run faster and jump higher. Fruit is also a good healthy snack to eat at school, or work. Fruits have natural sugars which are good for you. Eating a piece of fruit isn't like eating a candy bar. Fruit is a healthier and better choice!

My StoryMy StoryI used to eat a lot of sweets and junk food for snacks. Some times my tummy would hurt. My mom does not like that. She says I should make healthy choices and eat fruit. I will feel better and will not feel hungry. Now, I eat more fruit and I do feel better too.
