Apni Rasoi - An Indian Phenomenon
Apni Rasoi opened its doors in India in 1999. Ever since then, our family food outlets in Delhi have proceeded to demonstrate, much to the delight of all our customers, what the Apni Rasoi's experience is all about. Our first outlet opened on 15th April 1999 in Tri Nagar, Delhi. Almost 8 years down the line, we are the Delhi's leading Indian food service system with more than 9 restaurants, serving more than thousand customers everyday.
Locally Owned
Apni Rasoi is a registered brand solely owned by Sanjay Goel, which operates under the company 'Ashish Enterprises'. Sanjay Goel has vision to operate Apni Rasoi with complete commitment to Quality, Service, and Value and plans to open at least 20 more outlets in Delhi & NCR within next 24 months.
Apni Rasoi has a special menu with vegetarian selections to suit Indian tastes and preferences. It serves 100% vegetarian food. We've re-formulated our products using spices favoured by Indians.

Basic Requirements of a location
Minimum of 400 sq. ft. of retail space. Either owned or leased.
Location in prime area on a main street with good visibility.
Facing main road with minimum 12 feet frontage. Good Signage Space. Water and electrical connection. Would be advantageous to have location near other food
outlets. Easy Parking.

Schedule for Opening a Restaurant Evaluation of site by Operations Team. Signing of MOU & Payment of Franchise Fees. Post approval signing of franchising agreement (3 years). Apni Rasoi will provide layout plan for store (interiors and
exteriors). @ Rs60 per sqft Work to be jointly supervised by Apni Rasoi team and
franchisee. Average period for construction of restaurant – 45-60 days. Simultaneous ordering of equipment and accessories from
approved suppliers of Apni Rasoi as per specifications Training of franchisee and staff at an existing store supervised
by operations - 1 week minimum. Store opening plan to be devised and finalized by Marketing and
Operations.
