Els design - is a full-service golf course design company wholly
owned by its principal, four-time major champion and world
golf hall of famer Ernie Els.
The international scope of Ernie’s 70 professional career victories
is mirrored in the increasingly global reach of his designs, with
signature courses and renovations making an impact in emerging
and established golf markets alike. Currently there are 12 Ernie Els design
courses open for play, another 10 in various stages of planning and construction,
with many more exciting projects in the pipeline.

MIKE SCULLY I MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mike Scully heads First & Foremost Hotels and Resorts, a
bespoke hotel asset, development and operations company.
The company formed with golfing legend Ernie Els.
With a career spanning 30 years and three continents, Michael has played an instrumental role in the development and Management of 10 major 5 star hotels and over 70 original food & beverage outlets, including an unsurpassed array of themed concepts. His professional travels have taken him to the largest hospitality groups in the world, including Sun International, Accor, Crowne Plaza, Forte, Le Méridien and Starwood.
Driven by innovation, Michael’s management style focuses strongly on achieving a high return on investment for the groups clients, as well as building long term sustainable growth with minimal risk.
Michael is also a founding partner of Coffee Planet, the Middle East’s fastest growing coffee company, with over 350 on-the-go outlets.
