Some appliances that appear to be off are still using energy and can be a source ofwasted electricity. Electronics that are off but display a light to indicate they are instandby mode are using power and incresing your bill.

To save energy, unplug these appliances when they’re not in use.

Consider installing a digital thermostat and program it to automatically set backyour temperature at night.
