rules Play fair and safe! Wear appropriate clothing and sports

to suit age and level of players Stay in the area where you are

and well equipped First Aider should be present at the game Always
listen to the teachers instructions at all times Encourage

3. Donts for Sports Do not wear watches or jewelry when doing a
sport activity as it may distract you or hurt your friend Injuries
are more likely to happen when you are tired. Dont play if you are
very tired or feeling unwell and you should approach a teacher
immediately Do not try to win by pushing your friend down etc. Do
not dehydrate yourself Do not start with high-intensity
