Chancellor's Report (Christopher Hayes): The Executive Council entered intoexecutive session for a confidential report from the Chancellor at 4:37 p.m. Theexecutive session was concluded at 4:56 p.m.
It was moved, seconded and approved that the Executive Council reject theproposed settlement agreement received from Episcopal Senior Communitiesand Senior Resources of the West.
Closing Prayer and Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
