SECTION 1 CARGO INTERCHANGE MESSAGE PROCEDURE
1.1 Scope and Purpose
It is essential that the status of documentation and freight must be traced by CCS (Cargo Communication System), EDI or other medium during transportation. The main purpose is that every operator/station can accurately control and monitor the status of documentation and freight that provide the better service to our customers.
1.2 Definition
There are total 17 status of IMP code for cargo service as below:
1.2.1 DIS:
An apparent error has occurred, on this date at this location, with the handling of the consignment or its documentation, which is further clarified by the accompanying discrepancy code
1.2.2 AWD:
The arrival documentation has been physically delivered to the consignee or the consignee's agent on this date at this location
1.2.3 NFD:
The consignee or the consignee's agent has been notified, on this date at this location of the arrival of the consignment
1.2.4 RCF:
The consignment has been physically received from a given flight or surface transport of the given airline.
Note: For UNI/EVA AIR, RCF is defined to consignment actual received after break down.

The consignment has been booked for transport between these locations on this

Type of time indicator shall be S (schedule), E (estimated), A (actual). Day change indicator is based on the schedule departure day of the flight. The following codes are indicated the difference of days between a departure and arrival: - Day-1(previous)P - Day+1(next)..N - Day+2(second)....S - Day+3(third)..T
Note: DEP will be transmitted automatically from UNI/EVA COMPUTER SYSTEM after flight released.

Each station has to inform your GHA to send related FSU message to CargoWing. If FSU message can not be transmitted from GHAs in-house computer system automatically, it need to request your GHA or our UNI/EVA staff to key in FSU message manually into CargoWing .

1.7.2 By SITA
FSU can be auto constructed and generated from warehouse system and automatically processed into CargoWing by IMP format via TPEFMBR.If the warehouse at your station has no such facility to provide FSU message, it is necessary to update the FSU manually by GHA via SITA Telex.

If the updated status for shipments transferred by trucking service can not be transmitted by the in-house system of trucking company, trucking company may enter the website provided by UNI/EVA to update the freight status. The website address is:
