Antarctica : The Classic Expedition
Day 1 Buenos Aires/UshuaiaOur flight leaves Buenos Aires in the morning which gives us a few hours forleisure in Ushuaia, the southernmost town in the world before our voyage departs from the Island of Tierra del Fuego in the afternoon. After the included excursion to Ushuaia National Park, you embark MS Fram from 17:00.
Day 2-3 Drake PassageNamed after Sir Francis Drake this stretch of water between South America and the Antarctic Peninsula has numerous myths and legends connected to it. The extraordinary seaworthiness of MS Fram ensures you a safe and comfortable passage and we encourage you to join our educational lectures en route.
Day 4-7 AntarcticaOnce we have crossed the Antarctic Convergence you will start feeling the air getting crisper and colder. You will begin to see Antarctic penguins in the water and don't forget to be on the lookout for the first iceberg. There are no permanent human inhabitants but it is home to millions of penguins and the feeding area for thousands of whales. Words simply cannot describe the feeling of being on the Great White Continent. The ice, wind and weather dictate life in Antarctica as well as our route. Every voyage is unique and our experienced crew will make all voyages an experience of a lifetime. The final choice of landings will be made in the course of the voyage; you will find a list of some possible landing sites on pages 32-35.
Day 8-9 Drake PassageAs the bow points north you will have time to reflect on your Antarctic experience with its unforgettable sights and sounds.
Day 10 Ushuaia/Buenos AiresAfter a spectacular voyage with countless impressions, we dock at the world'ssouthernmost town before transferring you to Ushuaia airport for your charter flight to Buenos Aires.
Sail roundtrip Reykjavic, Iceland to Copenhagen, Denmark
11 days
Greenland: Glacier & Ice
Day 1 Reykjavik, Iceland
Reykjavik is the capital of Iceland. The small cosy houses mixed with modern
architecture gives the city a small town charm.
Day 2 Denmark Strait
While crossing the Denmark Strait we follow in the wake of the great Norse
settlers who left the shores of Iceland more than 900 years ago to find the “Green
Land”.
Day 3 Nunap Isua (Cape Farewel), Greenland
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as we navigate through Prins Christian Sund. If the
channel is blocked by ice we will sail around Nunap Isua (Cape Farewel).
Day 4 Qaqortoq and Hvalsøy, Greenland
Qaqortoq, which means “The white”, was founded by the Norwegian trader
Anders Olsen in 1775. In Hvalsey we find some of the best preserved ruins from
the Norse period including 'Austurbygd' which was abandoned in 1408
approximately 500 years after it was established.
Day 5 Qassiarsuk, Greenland
We will enter the fjord and hope to land in Qassiarsuk, a community with a
population of 56 people, known for the settlement of the Viking Erik Raude, also
known as Erik the Red.
Day 6 Nuuk, Greenland
The capital of Greenland is home to around 15,000 people and is the political and
social centre of Greenland. This town is a place where old and new traditions
meet, from picturesque old buildings in ”Kolonihaven” to the modern building of
the Greenland Home Rule.
Day 7 Sisimiut, Greenland
Sisimiut is the second largest community in Greenland. Here you'll find fishing
trawlers, a shipyard and a busy fish processing factory. We recommend a visit to
the arts and crafts workshop close to the pier. Here you may purchase local
souvenirs and watch the local craftsmen create traditional jewellery.
Day 8 Ilulissat, Greenland
Ilulissat means 'iceberg' in Greenlandic, and this town lives up to its name. The
most productive glacier in the Northern Hemisphere, Sermeq Kujalleq feeds
enormous bergs into the Ilulissat
Icefjord. As a result this area is a UNE SCO-listed World Heritage Site.
Day 9 Itilleq, Greenland
This small isolated settlement close to the Arctic Circle is home to about 130
inhabitants who make their living by traditional fishing and hunting. Itilleq's
people always welcome us for an
active stay in their settlement to give us a closer understanding of their culture.
Day 10 – 11 Kangerlussuaq, Greenland/Copenhagen, Denmark
In the early 1960's 27 musk oxen were introduced to Kangerlussuaq from north
east Greenland and today there are over 10,000. We will have time for a closer
look at the area before our evening flight to Copenhagen. We arrive in
Copenhagen the next morning.

Luxury Cruises – the Concept
Exceptional Service Levels:
Exquisite Gourmet Dining & Entertainment:
All-suite accommodation:
Visit exclusive destinations:
Luxurious amenities:
Exceptional and unprecedented service levels are achieved on luxury cruise liners through some of
the highest staff to guest ratios who ensure that your expectations are not only met but exceeded. The overall atmosphere on
board is much like a private club.
The cuisine often rivals that of respected shoreside restaurants and inspired by
internationally acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs such as Relais& Chateaux and Le Cordon Bleu where fine wines and spirits
are impeccably served to complement each course. Dignified entertainment ranges from enjoying cocktails and conversation
in a piano bar to watching small-scale Broadway-inspired reviews.
Most luxury cruise liners have all-suite, extremely spacious and superbly appointed cabins with the
sea always in view.
Luxury oceanliners are specifically designed for fewer guests. They tend to be smaller, their
intimate size allowing them to slip into more exotic and exclusive ports that the larger mainstream liners simply cannot get to.
You can expect more elaborate and stylish amenities, such as a show lounge, casino, spa, and swimming
pool and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. They also include unlimited wine, spirits, and beverages, along with gratuities, and a
stocked in-room drinks cabinet. Many of these lines also include other free perks such as chocolates on your pillow at night,
cotton pyjamas and luxury bathroom amenities.

at heavily discounted rates when sharing a cabin with two adults.
2 UNPACK ONLY ONCE ….AND SEE THE WORLD!
Get on board. Unpack. And travel from one exotic destination to
