TIP #1Drink Lots of Water!!

Drink at least 8 tall glasses of water daily their diet

In a day, an adult should drink around 64 oz of water. When you are dehydrated, you will definitely feel hungry

TIP #2Pack your kitchen with healthy foods!!

Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, low-fat dairy, lean meat and other slimming foods that are indicated in a healthy diet

Don’t put foods in the fridge that are loaded with calories and bad fat

TIP #3Consume healthy foods to satisfy your craving!!Go for an apple or a banana instead of a cookie or a chocolate.

Eat a handful of unsalted peanuts instead of a hamburger for snacks

Go for 5 to 6 small meals instead of 3 large meals

TIP #4Never skip a meal, especially breakfast!!

Eat healthily during this time, moderately at lunch and very little during dinner.

Note the time when you feel these cravings, the kind of food you want and the amount of food you ate.

Usually you crave for food out of boredom. You can also exercise as it curbs the appetite when dieting

Ask your partner or anybody close to you to call or speak to you every time food cravings strike
