• The Cadbury R&D Centre is made up of 250 creative inventors, master chocolatiers and engineers• There is a lot of science that sits behind our chocolate, gum and snacks - from mouth feel to the melting temperatures of chocolate, to the crisp and crunch of biscuits• Cadbury has invested £17million in a UK laboratory, pilot plant and office space to create a truly global centre of excellence, which now employs over 250 people• At Bournville we manufacture 5million Cadbury Dairy Milk bars, 1million Cadbury Creme Eggs and 400million Buttons daily.
