• Gather information from member country regarding their back haul capacity and the details of transmission network plan.
• Pricing for back haul capacity for both domestic end and the overseas end.
• Information related to broadband service provider with the interconnection modalities from member countries.
• Details of subscriber related information and penetration.
• Feasibility study to establish a regional IX.
