Elton P. Maddox, Jr., DDS Dr. Elton Maddox is a Dentist in Salisbury, MD

A native of Somerset County

Joyce Parsons, RN Joyce Parsons is the current
Director of Nursing at Hudson Health
Services rehabilitation center in Salis-
bury. She has 28 years of nursing
experience and a passion for helping
those struggling with addiction.
A lifelong resident of Salis-
bury, Joyce received her BS Degree in
Accounting from Salisbury University
and her nursing degree from Wor-Wic
Community College. She is a certified
chemical dependency nurse.
Brian E. Townsend Brian E. Townsend is president and co-owner of
Delmarva’s Home Care Solution based at 1201 pemberton
Dr. in Salisbury with an office in
Cambridge. The firm provides Certi-
fied Nursing and Geriatric Assistants,
light house-keeping, meal prepara-
tions, errands, and one-on-one
homecare for the hospitalized and
home-bound. A Maryland native,
Townsend is trained in business ad-
ministration and public relations. He
has been a member of the Holly Com-
munity board of directors.
Anne Watson-Waples, RN Anne Watson-Waples, RN, works as a charge nurse
in the Intensive Care and Progressive Care Units at Atlantic
General Hospital. She is also a foren-
sic nurse examiner through the SAFE
program for sexual assault victims
who come to AGH for care. The Bar-
lin, MD resident is a Wilmington, DE
native who grew up in Snow Hill. She
graduated from Snow Hill High
School and earned her diploma in
nursing from Maryland General
School of Nursing. She also attended
Towson University for general studies.
Altrenia Wright Altrenia Wright rejoined
Atlantic General Hospital in 2011 as
the director of outpatient services. She
was the hospital laboratory’s first
night technician in June 1993 before
leaving in 1999 to advance her career.
