General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
Encompasses all Project Management services required to meet GFEBS Project Office responsibilities and objectives. This effort includes the full range of services needed to analyze requirements, develop and implement recommended solutions, and provide functional and efficient project management support.
Key Tasks:
– Identifying and implementing appropriate program management best practices
– Defining, collecting, and analyzing systems integration data, and making fact-based recommendations based on the results
– Tracking and mitigating project risks
– Managing financial projects of significant functionality and complexity
– Preparing and maintaining the organizational transition plan

Army Architecture Integration Center (AAIC)
• Provide Support Services to raise awareness among Enterprise Architecture (EA) constituencies with a focus on Army and DoD leadership
• Key Tasks:
– Explain what enterprise architecture is, why it is important, how it supports the larger LandWarNet and Army campaign
– Create a senior community of interest within the Army and DoD to support relationship building, collaboration, and support Army initiatives
– Establish an EA identity/brand to support achievement of AAIC mission
– Establish a method for developing and disseminating AAIC EA information to senior Army and DoD leadership, related to C4I communities, and other Government entities/initiatives

Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/ Networks and Information Integration (NII)
• Tasked with an architecture study by OASD (NII) /Integrated Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Support Directorate and Joint Staff J6
• Project focuses on the Stability Operations, and Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (SSTR and HA/DR) missions of our 10 Combatant Commands (COCOMS)

• Performing tasks that will enhance, through Research and Development Support, the Environmental Protection Agency’s Central Data Exchange Portal for entering environmental data into EPA as well as the EPA node on the Environmental Information Exchange Network that links the EPA, the states, and other stakeholders over the internet

– Network Authentication and Authorization Services (NAAS) Enhancements

Recently Completed: Governance, Acquisition, and Chief Knowledge Office (GA&CKO)
Perform those activities necessary to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G-6 Army Programs in regards to developing plans and roadmaps to attain CIO/G-6 strategic goals.
Key Tasks:
– Developing Knowledge Management requirements, coordinating and prioritizing efforts for Army Knowledge Online (AKO)
– Establishing policies and procedures governing Knowledge Management and AKO use within the Army
– Managing and overseeing the Army enterprise-wide integration of all CIO/G-6 policies and functions
– Facilitating synchronization between OSD (Defense Information Technology Portfolio Registry – DITPR) and CIO/G-6 (Army Portfolio Management Solution – APMS) IT Registries
