INTRODUCTION:This three-day training is aimed at developing skills for assessing the effec�veness of various management approaches and its implementa�on for achieving Excellence. They have worked with a wide variety of large and small, public and private organiza�ons. The CII Counsellors have also led several assessments of large, medium and small organiza�ons against Interna�onal Excellence Frameworks.
